The foundation of this company was built on years of experience being both buying and selling clients ourselves. After being involved in enough transactions, we came to the realization that compensation of real estate agents should be based on the time and effort put into the deal, not just a standardized rate.

If a real estate agent is representing a seller and the house sells within the first week, time spent is much different than a home that has taken 1 year to sell. Alternatively, if a real estate agent is representing a buyer and they put an offer in on the first home they view, time spent is much different than a buyer who puts an offer in on the seventh home they have viewed. Our Tiered approach directly addresses this ongoing practice that has encompassed the real estate industry for years and overall will keep more money in our clients pockets.
